A MEASUR.ING COMPANY

Your Monitoring Equipment, Managed.

Secure inventory, storage, maintenance, and deployment-readiness services for structural, geotechnical, and environmental monitoring equipment.

Your Equipment Deserves Better Than a Shipping Container

Engineering firms, contractors, and infrastructure owners invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in monitoring equipment for each project. When the project ends, that equipment goes into closets, job trailers, and storage units—uncatalogued, unmaintained, and forgotten. When the next project starts, it all gets purchased again.

Everything Between Projects

From intake to redeployment, we keep your equipment investment working for you.

📦

Secure Storage

Climate-appropriate, organized, and insured storage in our purpose-built facility. Every item catalogued with manufacturer, serial number, condition, and history.

📋

Inventory Management

Real-time access to your entire equipment inventory through our portal. Know exactly what you own, where it is, and what condition it's in—before you buy anything new.

🔍

Condition Evaluation

Every piece of equipment is evaluated at intake. We document condition, test functionality, and report what's deployment-ready versus what needs attention.

🔧

Maintenance & Refurbishment

Calibration, firmware updates, cleaning, connector replacement, weatherproofing. Your equipment is maintained to manufacturer specifications and returned field-ready.

🧩

Gap Analysis

Planning a new monitoring network? We review your existing inventory against project requirements and identify exactly what you need to procure—nothing more.

🚚

Deployment Logistics

When you need your equipment, we prepare, package, and ship it to your project site—cleaned, updated, tested, and protected for transport.

Six Steps to Managed Equipment

A straightforward process modeled on industry-standard inventory management and warehousing practices.

1

Contact & Intake Documentation

Reach out and tell us what you have. We generate an intake document—similar to an RMA—capturing manufacturer, serial number, contact information, previous use, and known condition for each item.

2

Cost Proposal

We respond with a clear cost proposal. Choose Storage Only (secure warehousing and inventory access) or Storage + Maintenance (storage plus evaluation, cleaning, calibration, and refurbishment).

3

Agreement & Shipping

Sign the cost proposal and we send you a prepaid shipping label. Box it up and ship it out—or schedule a pickup for larger consignments.

4

Receiving & Evaluation

Equipment is received, photographed, catalogued into your inventory, and evaluated. We report condition—deployment-ready, needs refurbishment, or end-of-life—and you decide next steps.

5

Storage & Maintenance

Your equipment is cleaned, serviced (if elected), and stored in our secure facility. Firmware updates, calibrations, and preventive maintenance are performed on your schedule or ours.

6

Monthly Reporting & Access

Receive monthly inventory reports with condition status, maintenance history, and asset valuation. Access your inventory 24/7 through our portal. When you need something, we ship it field-ready.

Know What You Have. Know What You Need.

Before you requisition equipment for your next monitoring network, let us audit your existing inventory against project requirements. We identify gaps, redundancies, and compatibility issues so you only purchase what's actually missing.

  • Full inventory audit against your project monitoring plan
  • Communications network compatibility check (frequencies, protocols, base stations)
  • Power system sizing (solar panels, charge controllers, battery banks)
  • Sensor-to-datalogger channel capacity verification
  • Cable, connector, and mounting hardware completeness review
  • Procurement list for exactly what you need to fill gaps

Example: Radio Network Gap

You have twelve 900 MHz mesh radios and six spread-spectrum nodes—but no base station or gateway. Without the gateway, you have a network with no backhaul. We catch that before your equipment ships to the field.

Example: Power System Mismatch

Your inventory shows four 12V solar panels and three dataloggers but only one solar charge controller. Two stations would be without regulated power. We flag it, recommend specific controllers, and can procure them for you.

Example: Firmware Incompatibility

Half your datalogger fleet is running firmware from 2019 and won't handshake with your newer sensors. We update all units to current firmware and verify compatibility before deployment.

⚠ Equipment Acceptance Policy

Senstor accepts monitoring and instrumentation equipment in any operational condition, from field-fresh to long-term storage. However, we do not accept equipment that has been contaminated with biohazardous materials, radioactive substances, or chemical contaminants. All equipment must be free of hazardous contamination prior to shipment. Contamination status is confirmed during intake documentation.

Simple, Transparent Options

Choose the level of service that fits your program. All plans include secure storage and portal access.
